I had to wait a few days for the refund to show up, because apparently money likes to take the scenic route. But they handled it without much hassle and the support was fair overall.

I was expecting more, especially for what they charge. The training content felt basic and kind of all over the place, with not much depth around the topics I actually wanted to learn

I got my holster from Warrior Poet and wasn’t sure at first if it was going to hide well under just a t-shirt. I kept checking in the mirror, thinking maybe I was missing some printing, but it really does conceal nicely. It stays in place all day too, which I didn’t totally expect. Overall, I’m happy with it

I did get some updates, which was nice, but I had to wait longer than I expected?? It wasn’t a huge deal, just a little frustrating.

Meh. The clothes seem well-made, but they feel a little too tactical for what I’d wear day to day. Cool if that’s your style, just not really mine.

Checking out was really easy for me. I’ve had problems on other sites where the payment page lagged or made me re-enter info, but this one went through without any issues

My order itself was fine, so I can’t really complain about that part. But customer service took longer to get back to me than I expected, which made me second-guess the whole purchase a bit. They did eventually reply and help me out, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Not a terrible experience, but if you need fast support, I’d probably think twice.

It seems legit overall, but I really wish they were clearer with some things. I ended up wasting way too much energy trying to figure out stuff that should’ve been explained better from the start.

I’ll say this, I do appreciate what Warrior Poet Supply Co seems to be about. The whole faith, family, preparedness thing feels aligned with how I think, and it comes across more genuine than a lot of brands that just slap a message on everything and call it a day. So that part definitely pulled me in, and I wanted to like the experience right away.

At the same time, the website and product descriptions can feel like a lot, like sometimes I’m just trying to see what I’m buying and it gets a little wrapped up in the whole vibe or image. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed while browsing. Shipping was fine, nothing terrible, but not especially fast either. Overall I’d probably shop there again, just with the expectation that it’s decent and not totally flawless

The box showed up totally crushed, and the stuff inside was barely protected. whoever packed this did a lousy job.

I was shopping around for a new belt and a few small gear items, checking a couple different sites to compare prices. I ended up ordering here because the prices seemed fair, and the shipping wasn’t outrageous either. When everything showed up, I was actually happy with the quality. The belt felt sturdy, and the extra gear was solid for what I paid. It’s not the absolute cheapest place out there, but i felt like I got my money’s worth, maybe even a little more.

I’d say it’s decent overall. The material feels fine for daily wear, like not super soft or amazingly comfy, but it’s not uncomfortable either. The fit was a little off on me, so that kinda threw it off. it’s just middle of the road for me.

Had to do an exchange and it took forever. I get that things can be busy, but it felt like I was waiting around way longer than I should’ve. Support did eventually help me out, but they were kinda slow to respondt too...

I’ve been using my WPS belt and mag pouches for a few months now through lots of range days and a couple muddy classes, and they’re still holding up great. Nothing has loosened, frayed, or started looking worn out, and the stitching still feels solid. It’s not the cheapest stuff out there, but it definitely feels built to be thrown in the truck and used hard. i’d recommend it if you want gear that can take some abuse.

I really wanted to like the training videos because the idea is solid, but the site has been way too unreliable for me. Some days it works fine, and other days the videos freeze, won’t load right, or completely forget where I left off.

Support did respond, but the fixes never seemed to last. For what I paid, I expected something that just worked, and I feel kind of stupid for trusting them and assuming it would be better than this

I ordered a belt and a couple pouches from Warrior Poet Supply Co., and overall I’ve been happy with them. I’ve used the setup for a few range days and while moving around, and everything has held up well so far. The belt is stiff enough to support my holster without feeling like I’m wearing a board all day, which I appreciate.

That said, just a heads up for anyone ordering: shipping took longer than I expected, and one of the items was packed a little loose in the box. Nothing was damaged and the gear works like it should, but I’d keep that in mind if you need it by a certain date. Good practical setup, not overly tacticool, just wish the delivery and packing were a bit better...

It wasn’t great. I get that things can go wrong, but I’d appreciate it if the team took some accountability and actually addressed the issues instead of brushing them off. I expected better.

The size was pretty much the same as what I usually wear, and yeah... it fit really comfortably. I had it on all day and didn’t have any issues
